Job Description for Larsen & Toubro Off Campus Drive 2024:

• Larsen & Toubro Off Campus Drive 2024 hiring freshers for Graduate Commercial Trainee Position
• The candidates will be given an opportunity to get trained in functions like Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Site Administration, Industrial Relations, Purchase, Stores, Material Management & Time Office, depending on the function they are assigned to.

Eligibility Criteria for L&T Off Campus Drive 2024 for Graduate Engineer Position:

• Students currently in their final year of undergraduate studies (in the specified streams), having completed their 10th and 12th examinations, and expected to graduate in April/May 2024 from a recognized Indian University, provided they meet the following eligibility.
• Academics: Candidates should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% or more up to 4th Semester in the under-graduation.
• Mode of Study: Only full-time undergraduate students are eligible. Candidates pursuing dual-degree programs or studying through part-time or correspondence courses are not eligible.
• Back-Logs / Arrears: No backlogs (past or live) during under-graduation Course. All subjects/papers should be cleared in the first attempt only. Any subject/paper appeared and not cleared in the first attempt is considered as a backlog.
• Age: Candidates born between 1st July 2001 and 30th June 2006 (both days inclusive) are eligible.
• Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. Foreign Nationals are not eligible.
• Medical Fitness: Final selection is subject to medical fitness as per the guidelines provided by our Chief Medical Officer.
• Company reserves the right to alter the requirements / branches eligible & eligibility criteria.

Salary/CTC for L&T Graduate Commerical Engineer Position 2024:

• L&T Graduate Commercial Engineer Salary range from 3,00,000 (Office Based Positing) P.A to 3,57,000 PA (Project Site Based Posting)
• Performance based incentives.

Selection Process for L&T Graduate Commercial Trainee Position 2024:

• Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria and successfully submitting the online application will undergo the Aptitude + Domain Test.
• Candidates qualifying for the Aptitude + Domain Test will proceed to Technical Interview.
