💼 Job Description:
🔹 Non Voice Process for Customer Service Team
🔹 Timely completion of tasks, inventory management, and maintaining quality service delivery
🔹 Data entry, rule-based processing, and performing simple calculations
🔹 Adherence to Data Security and Code of Conduct standards
🔑 Skills Required:
✅ Excellent communication skills in English
✅ Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
✅ Basic Computer Skills & Knowledge of Desktop Systems
