Role Overview
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will design, develop, test, and maintain technology solutions for clients. Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Requirements:

  • B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech or equivalent in any engineering discipline, or MCA, MSc (Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or equivalent).
  • Graduation in 2024 or 2025.
  • Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA throughout education (10th, 12th, and Graduation).

• Additional Requirements:

  • No active backlogs at the time of application or during onboarding.
  • Maximum 23 months of full-time work experience.
  • Must not have appeared for Accenture recruitment assessments in the last 3 months.
  • Must have completed their degree without any gaps in the stipulated course duration.
  • Candidates must be Indian citizens. (Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a work visa).
  • Must be 18 years or older at the time of registration.

Selection Process
The selection process for Accenture’s ASE role involves the following steps:

1. Online Assessment (90 minutes)

   • Cognitive and Technical Assessment:

     • English Ability
     • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
     • Abstract Reasoning
     • Technical Knowledge (MS Office, Pseudocode, Networking, Cloud, etc.)

   • Coding Assessment:

     • 2 coding questions in languages like Java, Python, C++, C, or .NET. You will have 45 minutes to complete these.

2. Communication Assessment (30 minutes)

   • Evaluate communication skills, including vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation.

3. Interview

   • If you pass the assessment rounds, you will be invited for an interview where we assess your technical and behavioral fit for the role.

Service Agreement
Candidates selected will sign a service agreement with Accenture for a period of 12 months.
