Program Benefits:

• Stipend Structure:
  • 1st Year: INR 15,000 + INR 488 (ESI)
  • 2nd Year: INR 17,000 + INR 553 (ESI)
  • 3rd Year: INR 19,000 + INR 618 (ESI)
  • 4th Year: INR 23,000
  • Joining Bonus: INR 75,000

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Requirements:
  • 10th and 12th Standard: Pass
  • Graduation (BCA or B.Sc in specific streams): Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA
• Streams Eligible:
  • Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics
• Additional Requirements:
  • One backlog is allowed at the time of the online assessment (must clear by the 6th semester)
  • Must have studied Core Mathematics in Graduation
  • Maximum 3 years of gap in education (between 10th and graduation)
  • No gaps in graduation (must complete within 3 years)
  • Indian Citizens, PIO, OCI holders are eligible
  • Candidates should be 18 years or older at the time of registration

Selection Process:

• Step 1: Online Assessment (80 minutes)
  • Verbal Ability (20 minutes)
  • Analytical Ability (20 minutes)
  • Quantitative Ability (20 minutes)
  • Written Communication (20 minutes)
• Step 2: Voice Assessment
• Step 3: Business Discussion

Service Agreement:

Candidates will sign a 60-month service agreement. If you decide to leave before completing this period, you’ll need to repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.
