Job Role: Trainee Product Technical Analyst
📍 Location: Mumbai (SEEPZ, Andheri East)

What You Will Do?
✔️ Serve as a Trainee Product Technical Analyst in Zycus Procurement Applications
✔️ Act as first point of contact for customer queries via email, chat, and call
✔️ Work closely with Technical Account Management Teams to ensure smooth issue resolution
✔️ Contribute to process automation and knowledge sharing
✔️ Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and technical configurations
✔️ Provide strong technical understanding of Zycus products
Salary & Benefits
💰 Salary: ₹4,50,000 – ₹5,50,000 per annum
📌 Work Location: Mumbai, SEEPZ, Andheri East
📑 Type: Full-time, On-site
